“The World of Gloria Badcock†Coming Later in 2011
Maurice has been working on a new comic for Koyama Press. Here is the cover image. Maurice and the publisher will announce publication date later this year…
Here is a description: Time travel! Lesbianism! Gay three-ways! Bionic love-machines! Celebrity product endorsement! â€The World of Gloria Badcock,â€Â has something for everyone! Watch for glamorous, sexually liberated magazine editrix Gloria Badcock, her gay best friend, the renowned inventor Dr. Cornelius, his faithful sidekick, five-time Mr. Sweden and Nobel Prize-winning physicist Sven, and a nutty cast of various eccentrics in a joyous, guilt-free, surreal, silly, symphonic celebration of sexual freedom and the special friendship that bonds gay men and (mostly) straight women!

In 1992 the Scarborough Arts Council commissioned this mural as part of a plan to create a mural route along Kingston Road to commerate the area’s history.
Jeff Jackson’s work features the H.M. Schooner Onondaga which was built in 1790 near Kingston and frequently sailed past the Scarborough Bluffs bringing settlers and supplies to Upper Canada.
Too bad that the mural hasn’t been kept up by the current property owner!
