This is just one of many ongoing illustrations that Jason Munger is creating for  York Regional Transit /  Viva.  The illustrations are part of a campaign directed at riders to educate them on safety and courtesy etiquette.

These illustrations were comps for a program where you turn your old car in. Â James didn’t get the commission, but he did such a great job with the visual.
November 5, 2010Cavalcade is a large scale collaboration by a group of illustrators working together to create artwork directly onto the gallery walls. Â Jessie Durham is one of the illustrators.

November 2, 2010im hammering together a notebook based on my days here in china, it started out with the clear intent of describing the people and the place, but after i cracked open the topic i soon realized that i found it boring  following the straight path, instead i veer off the trail into the brambles and bushes of the idea and emotion of the place, digging into the undergrowth of the mental geography and my existence here.
Thank you Taxi Toronto for commissioning James Turner to create a calendar of images for the ‘Mini’ 2010 desktop calendar. Â James Turner created one illustration for each Canadian Province. Â Taxi then incorporated photographs of the cars with the illustrations.
